New wood.

I fetched some wood from Roscommon. Thanks Harry. I couldn't work out if it was elm or ash. I need ash. After touring a few wood yards I brummed about twelve miles and they cut out the stick for me. € 25 . If they were to supply the wood it wood cost €120 ishhhhhh wow.
With template and rasp I set to work. I reckon it is ash. Spring spring. Hey I'll have a wagon one day nearer.

ANOTHER SIDE STICK

Put off by the prospect of replacing another old rusted in jointed side stick. I've had a break .
Another broken bit, BUt I got some ash and a brown paper bag. Mix them together and it is probably a bit o good luck that the second side stick broke now, coz imagine having to mend it some time 'down the road.'
